If you've had sex it's always possible that your pregnant. Pregnancies can vary
widely in the same woman, even if you had 5 that were similar, the 6th could be
very different.
I'd just take a test, it's something you can do on your own to ease your mind
and help solve the mystery. Not taking a test doesn't make you not pregnant.
As women get older, things in their cycles can change too, so it might just be
a hormone shift. I stopped getting cramps when I got older, but my sister
started getting them when she'd never had them before. You'll also feel gas and
other such "movements" in that area, so mayne your diet needs tweaking.
